SUNDA actively responds to the government's call, based on the concept of innovation for excellence. After 5 years of research and development, it officially launched a series of new type of component products in 2020. The King-roof lightweight module is an international invention patented product, and its product performance is at the international leading level. The weight per square of this product is only 4.1 kilograms, and it is the only lightweight component product in the current industry that reaches the A-class fire protection level. The application of polymer organic materials and nanotechnology of inorganic materials has increased the transmittance, power generation efficiency, weather resistance, self-cleaning ability, and reliability of the product to varying degrees. The application of new products will increase the utilization of idle roof resources, replace traditional color steel tile roofs, effectively improve the storage and working environment of the factory building, and provide an optimized option for various enterprises to complete the "renewable energy quota system" tasks assigned by the state and various provinces, cities, and districts. Currently, the products have been sold to countries such as Japan, Chile, Algeria, and the United Arab Emirates, and the international market layout has begun to take shape. SUNDA plans to jointly invest 100 million US dollars with partners such as Jiangsu Overseas Cooperative Investment Co., Ltd. to build an overseas Abu Dhabi BIPV production base. It is expected that in the next three years, this base will form a capacity of 10GW of new type of lightweight and high-efficiency components, achieve a production value of 3 billion US dollars, and become a global BIPV research and development and manufacturing center!
